Antti Huima
Managing Director

Antti Huima (M.Sc., Tech.) has worked for ten years in the software industry. Before Conformiq he was research manager at SSH Communications Security. He is the chief architect and designer of Conformiq's core technology. He has strong background in formal methods and software development and teaches regularly on university level.

Jani Koivulainen
Director, Business Development

Jani Koivulainen (M.Sc., Tech.) has been working for Conformiq since 2001 and has over ten years of experience in the ICT and mobile communications industries. His previous employer was Nokia Networks, where he worked as a software developer and as a project manager. Mr. Koivulainen is responsible for Conformiq's business development on the global scale. He also works regularly with the company's key customers.

Michael Mandahl
Chairman of the Board

Michael Mandahl has more than 20 years of Infocom experience and a passion for early stage ventures. He has co-founded several successful companies. His first company Unusual Systems was bought by Guide (later Framfab) and his second start-up IQ Media was bought by BMG in 1996. Mr Mandahl latest entrepreneurial role was as CEO of Mobeon. Mobeon is the world leader in IP based voice and video mail.

In 2002 Mr Mandahl joined Brainheart Capital as a Venture Partner. In 2005 Mr Mandahl joined Nexit Ventures to establish the fund in Sweden, and was nominated Chairman of the Board for Conformiq Software and its subsidiaries.

Artturi Tarjanne
Member of the Board

Artturi Tarjanne is the CEO of Nexit Ventures, the lead investor in Conformiq. He has 20 years of entrepreneurial Infocom industry experience. Mr. Tarjanne is well known and referenced in Finland for his track record as one of the pioneering successful software entrepreneurs and organizers of industry interests at large. He is also a sought after mentor and advisor for Infocom entrepreneurs.

Mr. Tarjanne is deeply networked in the Finnish technology start-up community and has served as a board member or advisor in over a dozen early stage Infocom companies. He is an active contributor in several Finnish public and private organizations and has served as a board member in e.g. the Finnish Information Processing Association (FIPA), the Finnish Software Entrepreneurs Association, and Software Products Industry (SPIN) programme of TEKES, the National Technology Agency of Finland.

In 1997 Mr. Tarjanne founded AT Consulting Ltd offering management consulting services for information technology entrepreneurs. In 1992 Mr. Tarjanne co-founded Solid Information Technology Ltd, the leading developer of embeddable data management and synchronization software. Acting as the CEO and President of Solid, Mr. Tarjanne was given the annual Innosuomi Award ("Innovation Finland") by the President of Finland.

Juha Viskari
Member of the Board

Juha Viskari is the founder of Conformiq Software. He has over fifteen years of technical expertise in R&D and consultative software engineering across various software industries. His interest in model-driven software testing originates from early 90s when he participated in joint-projects between leading Finnish technology companies aiming towards automated solutions for testing of embedded software.
