Mark Creamer, Chief Executive Officer

Mark Creamer has spent his career in sales, sales management, and marketing roles for variety of high tech companies. He started at Hewlett Packard, a leading computer manufacturer, in a sales training program where he rapidly progressed up through the sales ranks – territory rep, major accounts, and sales management. He also spent over eight years in a variety of sales management and marketing roles at Cadence Design Systems, a leading EDA software and services company. After Cadence, Mark joined a number of successful startups where he had North American and worldwide sales responsibility. He also contributed to the executive staff contributing strategically and operationally. After consulting for a number of companies in Silicon Valley, Mark joined Conformiq in June of 2012. He was hired to increase sales in North America and was promoted to worldwide VP of Sales in January of 2014. Mark has a Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Kimmo Nupponen, Vice President Engineering and Chief Scientist


Kimmo Nupponen is the leader of Conformiq’s R&D team and has overall responsibility for Conformiq’s R&D operations. For over a decade, he has had key role in the definition and implementation of Conformiq core technology and is product owner of various Conformiq products including Conformiq Designer. Kimmo created a distinct R&D culture that integrates technology innovation and close customer collaboration to bring new products to market. Prior to joining Conformiq, Kimmo worked for SGI and the ESRF (European Synchrotron Radiation Facility) research institute. Kimmo holds a M.Sc. Tech. degree from Helsinki University of Technology where he studied software systems and theoretical computer science.

Clark Cochran, Vice President of Field Operations- Americas

Clark leverages over 30 years of highly successful advanced technology product, service sales, and management experience in both direct and partner sales. He held sales management positions at several early stage start-up companies including VirtualLogix, Mirabilis Design, Coventor, and CoWare. He enjoys bringing customers innovative products that can dramatically improve their own product design and delivery. Clark has also held sales positions at Cadence Design Systems, Oracle, and Hewlett Packard. Prior to sales, he was a design engineer and is a Registered Professional Engineer. Clark graduated with a BSCE degree from the University of Washington.
