Mark Creamer, Chief Executive Officer


Mark Creamer has spent his career in sales, sales management, and marketing roles for variety of high tech companies. He started at Hewlett Packard, a leading computer manufacturer, in a sales training program where he rapidly progressed up through the sales ranks – territory rep, major accounts, and sales management. He also spent over eight years in a variety of sales management and marketing roles at Cadence Design Systems, a leading EDA software and services company. After Cadence, Mark joined a number of successful startups where he had North American and worldwide sales responsibility. He also contributed to the executive staff contributing strategically and operationally. After consulting for a number of companies in Silicon Valley, Mark joined Conformiq in June of 2012. He was hired to increase sales in North America and was promoted to worldwide VP of Sales in January of 2014. Mark has a Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Kimmo Nupponen, Vice President and Chief Architect, Engineering


Kimmo is the leader of Conformiq’s R&D team and has responsibility for Conformiq’s R&D operations. For the last nine years, he has had a significant role in the definition and implementation of Conformiq Designer. Kimmo created a distinct R&D culture that integrates technology innovation and close customer collaboration to bring new products to market. Prior to joining Conformiq, Kimmo worked for SGI and the ESRF (European Synchrotron Radiation Facility) research institute. Kimmo holds a M.Sc. Tech. degree from Helsinki University of Technology where he studied software systems and theoretical computer science. The Finnish Society nominated his thesis for the Best Master’s Thesis in Computer Science award.

Jani Koivulainen, Vice President, Customer Success Services


Jani Koivulainen has over 13 years of experience in the ICT and mobile communications industries. Prior to joining Conformiq, Jani was employed by Nokia as a software developer and project manager. At Conformiq, Jani held positions as a system architect, product manager, and director of business development. In his current position, Jani combines his extensive technical expertise with his understanding of customer requirements and expectations to guarantee first class service delivery and Conformiq Tool Suite deployment using the C2S2SM method. Jani graduated (M.Sc., Tech.) from Helsinki University of Technology with distinction.

Stephan Schulz, Chief Technical Officer


Stephan Schulz is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Conformiq Inc. He received his Ph.D. from University of Arizona at Tucson in 2001. Prior to joining Conformiq in 2010, he worked as a resident testing expert at ETSI’s Centre for Testing and Interoperability and as a Senior Research Engineer at Nokia Research Center. Throughout his career, he has been researching, educating, and consulting on manual and model-based test design and test system development. He co-written numerous publications and standards on testing, including the first ETSI Standard on Model-Based Testing. He also co-chaired four TTCN-3 and the first ETSI MBT User Conference and technically coordinated a number of interoperability events for various technologies. In 2010, he was elected the chair of ETSI’s Technical Committee Methods for Testing and Specification.

Clark Cochran, Vice President of Field Operations- Americas


Clark leverages over 30 years of highly successful advanced technology product, service sales, and management experience in both direct and partner sales. He held sales management positions at several early stage start-up companies including VirtualLogix, Mirabilis Design, Coventor, and CoWare. He enjoys bringing customers innovative products that can dramatically improve their own product design and delivery. Clark has also held sales positions at Cadence Design Systems, Oracle, and Hewlett Packard. Prior to sales, he was a design engineer and is a Registered Professional Engineer. Clark graduated with a BSCE degree from the University of Washington.
